There’s a lot going on in our lives and in the world. How do we care for ourselves in ways that give us the ability to show up for our lives with resiliency and inspiration?
In these self-care sessions, we address caring for ourselves in ways that are possible & sustainable through conversations and meditative explorations. Each session will explore a self-care topic and offer a simple way we can address that topic in our lives.
Each month we will cover a different self care topic, including:
Self-compassion (kindness to ourselves)
Being in our bodies (body/mind integration)
Caring for ourselves with the breath
Getting our needs met (asking for / accepting help)
Sleep / Relaxation / Dream
Nourishing the physical body
